- 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
DIRECTIONS:
- To make the BBQ sauce, combine the first 8 ingredients.
- Heat oven to 350°
- Season chicken on both sides with salt and pepper. heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Place chicken, in single layer, in an ovenproof baking dish and spoon BBQ sauce evenly on top.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and sauce is bubbling.
