Tomato Cream Penne

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/4 cup Half & Half
  • Cooked pasta
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Combine & eat. Delicious when topped with Parmesan cheese.
