- 1/2 lb deli ham, thinly sliced
- 1/2 lb genoa or hard salami, thinly sliced
- 1/2 lb provolone cheese, sliced
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 Tbs red wine vinegar
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 head iceburg lettuce, shredded
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 12 hoagie rolls, torn into pieces for dipping
DIRECTIONS:
- Cut ham, salami & cheese into pieces. Place in a large bowl.
- In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, oregano and red wine vinegar. Add the mayonnaise mixture to the ham mixture, 1/2 cup at a time, until meats and cheeses are well combined.
- Add chopped onion.
- Just before serving, mix in lettuce and chopped tomatoes. Serve with hoagie pieces for dipping.
