- 3 cups rotini pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 1 red pepper
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp Mrs. Dash (herb and garlic)
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
DIRECTIONS:
- Cook pasta and set aside.
- Fry ground beef with the onion and red pepper. Add beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, oregano, Mrs. Dash, chopped tomatoes and worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Stir in pasta. Put in casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
