Chicken Stir Fry

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 3 chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 bag frozen stir fry veggies
  • White rice

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Heat 2 tsp oil on medium high. Add chicken breasts and 1 tsp of garlic. Cook until chicken is done.
  2. Add tomato sauce, soy sauce, sugar and frozen veggies. Cover and turn heat to low. Cook until veggies are tender.
  3. Serve over white rice.
