- 2 tsp oil
- 3 chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 bag frozen stir fry veggies
- White rice
DIRECTIONS:
- Heat 2 tsp oil on medium high. Add chicken breasts and 1 tsp of garlic. Cook until chicken is done.
- Add tomato sauce, soy sauce, sugar and frozen veggies. Cover and turn heat to low. Cook until veggies are tender.
- Serve over white rice.
