Crockpot Sesame-Seed Chicken

INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 lbs skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tbs sherry wine
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 Tbs ketchup
  • 2 Tbs toasted sesame seeds

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Place chicken thighs in slow cooker.
  2. Whisk together remaining ingredients on a bowl, then pour over chicken, making sure to get sauce on every piece.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
