Kalua Pork

INGREDIENTS:
  • Pork roast
  • Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp liquid smoke (optional)
  • Rice

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Poke lots of holes in the pork roast. Pour a bunch of kosher salt on the roast and rub it in.
  2. (optional) Add 1 tsp of liquid smoke.
  3. Cook in crockpot on low for 6-8 hours.
  4. Shred & serve over rice
